There are days when all I want do do is sit in my isolation box and do absolutely nothing. Then there are days when I feel like I want to attempt to do something, go out, take a drive, just anything, but anxiety reminds me that it’s probably not a good idea. What is anxiety? Why does it control me? How did I get it? Is it hereditary?

I just read your poem. It’s absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, it is so late at night there aren’t any birds out. I will read it again when the sun rises, as I know I will not be asleep. 😦 but, I will be able to hear the beautiful chirping sounds of the birds singing praise. Thank you for such inspiration.

I don’t know your history, but I think you have done a service to your readers. While everybody experiences some of these to a degree, your descriptions may help folks gauge their own experiences on the spectrum. That is important step for getting help.

Thank you, I appreciate that. I have done a lot of research on my many conditions, yet it seems like I know nothing about it. My hope is to give as much information to others as well, to try and understand these conditions. Whether they are the ones experiencing it or someone they may know. Thank you again.
