I wonder if there is such a book on how to be normal. What exactly is normal. Who gets to say what normal is and what it isn’t? Is anyone normal? Why must there be so many labels? I think that’s what messes with our minds to. We aim to be a certain label instead of just trying to be happy with who we are and if we fail then we don’t feel worthy or don’t feel like we belong. It’s just wanting to be accepted and feeling like a part of something. Well, that’s the way I see it I guess.
