I was feeling super down last night. It started in the morning and just progressed along the way. I can’t really explain what was going on. It was just one of those things I go through. Some days are ok, the rest are not. Today I was actually feeling a little bit better (key word being WAS). It’s crazy how it only takes one word, a sentence, or someone to look at you the wrong way. Just the simplest thing to set me off. If it’s so easy to make me feel down, how come it’s so hard to make me feel happy.
